How Your Day Flows

Every moment of your wedding day has been thoughtfully planned to feel relaxed, natural, and seamless. From your arrival to your final celebration, everything flows effortlessly so you can stay present and enjoy the experience — without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Choose from two time slots: 10:30 am - 2:30 pm or 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm.

Arrival & Getting Ready

Welcome to Carriage Creek Estate!

The wedding couple arrives 45 minutes prior to their ceremony time, with guests arriving 30 minutes before. Guests are warmly welcomed and shuttled to the private riverside ceremony location. Meanwhile, the couple and wedding party are guided to separate private preparation suites to get ready, relax, and take in the moment before the ceremony. Your officiant and on-site coordinator will be there to answer any final questions and ensure everything is perfectly in place.

Ceremony & Grand Entrance

Time to take your vows!

When it’s time for the ceremony, the bride is brought to the ceremony area by horse & carriage for a memorable entrance. She then makes her way across the bridge to the secluded riverside ceremony setting, where the couple exchanges vows beneath the floral arch surrounded by forest, flowing water, and their closest guests. Following the ceremony, the signing is completed with the officiant while guests begin transitioning into the post-ceremony celebration.

Photos & Private Moments

Capture all the memories!

After your ceremony, enjoy time together as newlyweds while your photographer captures beautiful portraits throughout the property. From the riverside and forest to the bridge and carriage, you’ll have access to a variety of stunning backdrops — including optional photos with (or on) the horses. This is your time to slow down, take it all in, and create unforgettable images.

Post-Ceremony Celebration

Let The Party Begin!

Reconnect with your guests for a relaxed outdoor celebration set within the forest beside our rustic riverside cedar cabin. Enjoy premium charcuterie, a traditional cake cutting, and a champagne-style (non-alcoholic) toast. There are no rigid timelines — just time to mingle, celebrate, and enjoy the atmosphere with your guests.</p> <p>Your photographer will continue capturing candid moments, family photos, and all the highlights of your celebration.

A Perfect Ending

Your Day, Made Simple

As your time concludes, the newlywed couple will be whisked away by horse & carriage for a final private moment and any last photos before departure. Guests are then comfortably shuttled back to the parking area, bringing your experience to a smooth and seamless close. Everything is thoughtfully planned within your dedicated 4-hour experience — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: enjoying your wedding day.
