Arrive at Carriage Creek Estate

Welcome!

Prior to ceremony - wedding couple arrives 30 minutes ahead, guests 15 minutes. Guests are shuttled directly to the ceremony location via horse-drawn transportation, sure to delight both kids and adults alike! The bridal party is escorted to a private apartment off of the reception lounge for some last minute primping. Meet your officiant to answer any questions on your upcoming ceremony. Our wedding coordinator will be on hand with your personal flowers and to make sure everything runs smoothly. Promptness is of the utmost importance to keep our day on schedule for all the happy couples so your ceremony will start right on the hour and your reception will end 1.5 hours later.

The Ceremony

Time to take your vows!

The bridal party is driven by horse & carriage from our reception lounge to the riverside ceremony location where you will walk across the bridge to make your grand entrance! Take your vows under the beautiful wedding arch and then proceed to the signing table with your officiant. Your guests head to the reception lounge via horse-drawn shuttle while your photographer captures some stunning memories during your 20 minute private portrait sesson. Then your horse & carriage will whisk you away to celebrate with your guests.

Photography

Capture all the memories!

Your photographer is included in your wedding package and will be on hand to capture great candid shots throughout your ceremony and reception. Immediately after taking your vows you will have a special 20 minute private portrait session for the couple only, where you can take advantage of all our beautiful venue has to offer - forest, river, bridge, countryside, horse & carriage, and optional poses with (or even on!) individual horses. After your portrait session your carriage awaits to take you back to the reception lounge where your guests are eager to celebrate with you!

Your Reception

Time to celebrate!

It's time to join your guests in the reception lounge and get the party started! Post for a traditional cake cutting followed by a non-alcoholic sparkling toast. Premium sweet & savory charcuterie boards are sure to delight your guests. Music of your choice will play while you have your first dance as a married couple! Your photographer will be on hand for family and bridal party portraits as well as candids of your celebration. Enjoy!

The Wrap-Up

Time to start your new life!

The party may be over here but your new life has just begun! Head off with your guests for an extended celebration at another location or start the honeymoon! Your time with us will need to end promptly 1.5 hours after your ceremony began in order to make room for the next happy couple, but your memories of this special day will last a lifetime!
